Data you can trust
Dive into peer-reviewed data from real oncology patients. PCA includes data from a study by Bolis et al. (2021), that studied 1000+ patients, ranging from normal tissue to primary and metastatic prostate cancer.
Collaborative ecosystem
A first-of-its-kind platform that brings together experts from tech, academia, and the industry to foster innovation through shared knowledge and resources.
About us
The Prostate Cancer Atlas is a groundbreaking solution designed to transform how researchers explore and analyze vast datasets in prostate cancer research. By harnessing the latest in technology and fostering unprecedented levels of collaboration between academia and the industry, we aim to accelerate discoveries and insights that can lead to better patient outcomes.

The Prostate Cancer Atlas enables you to take a deep dive into the molecular space of prostate cancer evolution. The large resource facilitates the discovery and validation of cancer biology through integrated and customized analysis of a wide range of molecular features, starting from normal tissue to primary and late-stage metastatic disease. Disease progression can be measured by trajectory inference in bulk and single-cell RNA sequencing data.
Our ambition with the Cancer Atlas Series is to transform data mining for researchers and healthcare providers. The interactive platform will create an ecosystem that accelerates innovation and product development in the cancer field by empowering humanity to share and exploit existing and new data in a meaningful way.

The Prostate Cancer Atlas is a state-of-the-art online data resource with bioinformatic tools supporting independent biomarker and drug target identification, validation, and development.
The key features include access to comprehensive collection of RNA-sequencing datasets generated from both individual cells and bulk tissue samples. The readily available datasets cover different stages of cancer progression, non-cancer references, and include relevant clinical metadata.
The data has been preprocessed, harmonised and integrated to facilitate in-depth analysis enabled by the advanced tools available at PCA. These online tools enable exploration of cellular phenotypes, cell population dynamics, rare cancer cells as well as transcriptional networks and genes associated with disease progression.
The cutting-edge functionalities and data offered by PCA can enhance holistic identification of drug targets, support safety considerations, advance understanding of the biological mechanisms of action, and accelerate different phases of drug development processes.
